## The Genesis (1989): Anchored in Trust
In 1989, the industrial landscape of Rajasthan was in its nascent phase. It was a time when reliability was forged not through digital communication, but through a handshake and uncompromised quality. Recognizing the vast, untapped potential of the quality-rich limestone belt of Jodhpur and nearby region, we embarked on the mission. 

We started small, but our vision was clear: to supply the foundational chemical building blocks—Quick Lime, Hydrated Lime and Limestone—that would power India's core infrastructure, from water purification plants to major metallurgical industries.

## The Second Generation: Scaling with Purpose
As the Indian industrial sector expanded, so did we. With the transition to second-generation leadership, Vijay Minerals infused modern operational management with our founding principles of absolute integrity and high chemical compliance. 

We shifted from a regional supplier to a tech-driven manufacturer. Understanding that modern B2B buyers require exact particle size distribution and precise active Calcium Hydroxide fractions, we began restructuring our processing methods. The goal was no longer just to grow, but to scale with absolute precision.

## 2021: The Automation Leap
To meet a multifold surge in demand and stricter purity criteria from globalized industries, 2021 marked a historic milestone for Vijay Minerals. We commissioned a brand-new, state-of-the-art fully automatic hydration and pulverizing plant. 

This technological leap eliminated manual variances, yielding a hyper-consistent, snow-white Hydrated Lime powder that met the stringent needs of our sophisticated customers. Automation allowed us to skyrocket our production capacity while tightening our quality control tolerances.

 

## July 2026: Looking Ahead by Doubling Down
Growth at Vijay Minerals is an ongoing commitment. To support our rapidly expanding pan-India and export client base, our next massive capacity expansion is currently underway. 

By July 2026, our second state-of-the-art automatic plant will be fully operational. This landmark expansion will effectively double our total production capacity, cementing our position as one of the most reliable and highest-volume suppliers of high-purity Lime products in Western India.
